Small Storage Box - Marbled Lustre
A hand crafted jewellery box, professionally made to traditional bookbinding standards by me. It's a singular article that sets itself apart from mass-produced boxes by having defined edges and inlayed accesoiries.
This is a small jewellery box with a snap in mechanism. The cover is made with blue fabric with a decorative paper inlay that is repeated in the box’s shell. The paper is reminiscent of marble veined with golden glinting streaks.

At each stage, attention to detail has gone into making this box, from the material and paper design selections, to the assembly, encasing and finishing. Utmost care has gone into ensuring its quality and that the images are representative of the result, but as with all things truly handmade, there is potential for variation, and screen settings can affect the appearance of colours.
All work has been done in the UK and I try my best to source materials locally.
