Hardcover Notebook - Silver Moths
A hand crafted journal, professionally made to traditional bookbinding standards by me. It's a singular article that sets itself apart from mass-produced notepads by having a hand sewn spine, reinforced corners and a robust fabric quarter-bind.
This is a 160 page, hardcover journal. The cover is made with dark green fabric backing and seasonal paper designed by Catherine Rowe selected for the quarter-bind mantle. The mantle shows off its autumnal theme with silver glinting moths and lilac flowers on a black background, with stars and moons standing out against the darkness. It's reminiscent of mystic nights, ideal for Hallowe'en or year round for someone Crafty who likes to carry the season with them.

At each stage, attention to detail has gone into making this journal, from the material and paper design selections, to the case binding and finishing. Utmost care has gone into ensuring its quality and that the images are representative of the result, but as with all things truly handmade, there is potential for variation, and screen settings can affect the appearance of colours.
All work has been done in the UK and I try my best to source materials locally.
